Gallup, NM - Saddles were won, buckles were presented, and scholarships were awarded as the 6th Annual National Junior High Finals Rodeo concluded on July 3rd at Red Rock Park in Gallup, New Mexico.  A total of 835 contestants from the United States, Canada, and Australia competed in this year’s Finals.  Performances were featured throughout the week of June 27th, with the top twenty athletes in each event qualifying for the championship round on Saturday, July 3rd.  Event champions and All-Around winners include:

Chute Dogging:                                 Dakota Durfee - Salina, Utah
Tie-Down Roping:                              Case  Jones - Gatesville, Texas
Boys Goat Tying:                               Tyson Arledge - Milano, Texas
Girls Goat Tying:                                Jessica Gray - Sparr, Florida
Junior Bull Riding:                              Luke Wicks - Tamworth, Australia
