A New Year

Wow, the 2023 year went by in a flash.
What a great finals we had in Perry, Georgia, and in Gillette, Wyoming. It was quite the year for the NHSRA. We celebrated 75 years, we grew in memberships again, increased payouts and gained new partners. If you have not had the chance to thank your director, the office staff or any of our sponsors, please do. The work they put in behind the scenes to make these things happen is incredible.
Now, here we are, rolling in to 2024. It can be a struggle getting back in rodeo mode during winter months, but I hope you all fi nd the motivation and love of the sport to get ready for the best spring season yet. Let’s finish strong.
Missouri is happy to host this year’s Mid-Winter Meeting, which will be held Jan. 16-20 at the Branson Convention Center in Branson, Missouri. I look forward to seeing you there.
